We require a deposit upon confirming your reservation. We request a 50% deposit of the estimate upon scheduling. Should you need to cancel, we offer residential moves a 1 week cancellation prior to the moving date a 100% refund; commercial moves 2 weeks notice for a 100% refund.

Should you cancel your move less than the allotted timeframe before your move, your cancellation will take 100% of your deposit.
